We are located at:
928 Broadway, Suite 803
New York, NY 10010
We also serve clients online across New York through a HIPAA-compliant platform.
Online mental health therapy provides high-quality, evidence-based care in a convenient virtual format. Clients connect with licensed therapists through secure video sessions, providing consistent support without scheduling or commuting barriers.
Therapy typically costs between $150 and $370 per session, depending on the therapist.
We believe financial limitations shouldn’t prevent anyone from getting care. That’s why we offer therapy with clinicians at varying levels of training and experience when standard rates or insurance coverage aren’t feasible. We believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone regardless of their financial situation.
We are in the network for Wellfleet NYU students, and the fee is under $35 per session.
Currently, we do not accept in-network benefits. However, you may request documentation for reimbursement of out-of-network benefits.
As part of our intake process, we will verify your insurance benefits for you. Once we receive confirmation from your insurance provider, we will provide you with a clear breakdown of your coverage, including your copay or coinsurance, deductible, out-of-pocket maximum, and any authorization requirements.
Clients will be responsible for paying after each session, and a valid card must remain on file. All major debit, credit, and HSA cards are accepted.
For clients seeking to use out-of-network benefits, your therapist will provide you with a “superbill” to facilitate reimbursement. A superbill is the document you need to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Superbills are provided monthly (on the first of each month) for the previous month’s sessions unless you prefer to receive them more frequently. For more information on “superbills” and why you are receiving one, visit https://www.goodrx.com/insurance/health-insurance/superbill-therapy.
Therapy is conducted weekly. You will meet with your therapist at the same time each week, unless you request to cancel or reschedule in advance via email.
Bi-weekly sessions are offered on a case-by-case basis only if they are determined to be clinically appropriate, and you have been in treatment for a minimum of four sessions (approximately one month).
We require a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling will result in a charge for the session.
